• Project files and scene data you upload so we can estimate and deliver your render.
• Basic technical data (such as browser type and general usage patterns) if analytics cookies are enabled — see our cookie banner for the current choices available to you.

How we use it

Solely to estimate, deliver, and support your render job, to respond to inquiries, and to improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Sharing

We only share information with the infrastructure and payment providers necessary to deliver the service, under confidentiality obligations. We do not share render content or contact details for marketing purposes without your consent.

Retention

Project files are kept only as long as needed to complete and support your render job, and are removed afterward unless you ask us to retain them longer for an ongoing engagement.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or ask for a copy of it, at any time by writing to info@q-render.com.
