Terms of Service
This page summarizes the general terms of using Q-Render in plain language. For a signed service agreement, SLA commitments, or enterprise contract terms, contact us atinfo@q-render.com.
Service
Q-Render provides managed GPU/CPU cloud rendering. Jobs are typically estimated via test frames before the full render is billed, and are handled with admin support at each step.
Acceptable use
Our infrastructure may only be used to render content you have the right to render. Illegal content, and any use unrelated to rendering (such as cryptocurrency mining), is not permitted.
Billing
You are billed for actual compute time used, not for idle hardware. Estimated cost and timing are shared before the full render is launched.
Your content
You retain ownership of all scenes, assets, and rendered output you submit. We use your files solely to deliver your render and delete them afterward per ourPrivacy Policy.
Liability
We take reasonable technical care to deliver accurate, complete renders, but the service is provided without guarantees beyond what is agreed in a specific service agreement. Detailed liability and SLA terms are set out in that agreement, not this summary.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Last updated: July 2026.
